Currently, there is no package available for RHEL 9 x86_64 servers that are required to operate in FIPS mode because of compliance requirements. Although there is a regular RHEL9 server package for x86_64, only RHEL 7 and RHEL 8 are supported for FIPS mode.
Is this something already on the way or being planned for later?

Product management prioritizes requests based on customer feedback, primarily through interaction with sales teams. They are currently assessing customer demand for this. In the past, we've often found that most customers do not need FIPS server, only FIPS agents which are available for RHEL9.
