Separate past events by semester

The time has finally come...in dev we are now receiving a Next.js error that the index page is loading too much data.

I propose we add a new section of the page that lists semesters. Then, for example, to view all events from Fall 2022, you would go to events.purduehackers/com/fall2022.

The cards could be given different colors :P :P
