Follow-up for #65

Create a wiki, at least containing:

• current plan for MDM implementation, for the moment documented in [Story] Investigate Manifold Convex Class Model and Convex Optimization #7
• Dev environment with Dockerfile and how to exploit capabilities of online cloud.
• @toncho11 feel free to add items to this list

Yes, I have just created the template here.
You should be able to edit it now.
We probably need at least two other pages:

• one for docker
• another for convex+MDM

If that sounds good to you, we can open a PR to remove the section Deploy an example on the cloud from the readme and add a link to the wiki.
