AFAICS, the Ctrl+K shortcut does not work anymore. For instance on https://pydata-sphinx-theme.readthedocs.io/en/latest/, and both with Firefox 119.0.1 (64 bits) and Chromium 118.0.5993.117 on GNU/Linux, this shortcut doesn't open the PyData (Sphinx?) search box.

I confirm. Probably broken by #1525? @gabalafou could you take a look?

I'm about to head on holiday for a week and wasn't able to dig into this beforehand. My apologies; hopefully another dev has time to look at it sooner. Otherwise I'll take a look early in December.
