📝 Describe the bug

Remember me feature is missing from login screen or settings
No field in settings to enable this feature, although Authentication > Security > Secure Login Form explicitly says that it disables 'remember me'

⚙️ How-to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Open private/incognito tab
Open login screen
No remember me checkbox

🩺 Environment / Setup

Complete the following information:

Server Versions:

Cells Version v4.3.6 (docker linuxserver.io)
MariaDB 10.11.5
Server OS: EndeavourOS

Client used for testing:

Browser firefox

Additional context:

tried turning on and off secure login form and enable forgot password
