Export needs ComfyUI Directory. No way to export independent script

Could there potentially be a way to export a script that runs independently of the ComfyUI directory. Perhaps an export that only uses pytorch/other dependencies but can be run in a separate server/deployment.

If I test a workflow on comfyUI and then want to create a server or script that will run that workflow, but I dont want the bulk of stuff that comes with comfyui.
