Is there a way to use pymc for parameter estimation on a black-box function that is not compatible with the pytensor variable type?
I'm trying to perform parameter estimation on a battery model provided by the PyBamm library DFN model. However, when following the black-box model tutorial I get a TypeError:
TypeError: Parameter provided for 'Negative electrode conductivity [S.m-1]' is of the wrong type (should either be scalar-like or callable)
when passing TensorVariables into the pybamm model to be solved.Beta Was this translation helpful? Give feedback.
