Hiero: published whole edit mov

Testing notes:

results: published plates are trimmed and not in full lenght as it was before

Steps:

• open hiero and create new workfile
• add any shorter video file (mp4/mov) to new timeline
• create two video tracks "main", "review"
• create publishable clips (in screengrabbe video for details)
• select all "main" track clips
• publish
• go to folders with published clips in project
• notice in published files the .mov or mp4 file is trimmed and not full length
