Create Read From Rendered - Disable Relative paths by default

This is changing setting the paths in read nodes created by Create Read From Rendered from relative to absolute.

OP prefills the Nuke Project directory (in Project Setting) with work task directory. Create Read Node button in Nuke write node assumes this is filled and makes read node path relative to Project settings path. Copying the read node to script with different Nuke Project directory breaks the node path.

Also creates valid read nodes for still image ( #2064 )
Also fixes empty Project Settings bug ( #950 )
