Brief description

Expansion of #3909

Additional info

  • Nuke: added enable switch on project_settings/nuke/imageio so it is possible detect backward compatible projects.

Testing notes:

  • Flame
  • (and Flare?)
  • Maya
  • Nuke
  • Hiero
  • (Did Resolve have any? I couldn't find it. If it didn't, let's check this box and continue our ignorance.)

Maya settings are correctly applied from new location
