premiere workfile root per task (multi-root)

• client request for workfiles to be having own anatomy template defined per task
• change of renaming tool look and behavior

To test this PR just add:

work[conforming]:
  folder: "{root[production]}/{project[name]}/{hierarchy}/{asset}/work/{task}"
  file: "{project[code]}_{asset}_{task}_{@version}<_{comment}>.{ext}"
  path: "{@folder}/{@file}"

into pype-config/anatomy/default.yaml (notice task name key work also root[production]).

merging this for now so it can go to production, but we'll need to find better way to handle this globally.
