Currently layer name in PS implementation is created automatically by PS process from file loaded as a embedded smart object.
This name cannot differentiate between multiple layers with same smart objects and it doesn't propagate to 'namespace' field in File > File Info. This results in not showing proper name in Manage.

Expected behavior
Layer name should be created in format subset_task_SEQ_NUM where SEQ_NUM is sequential number for same file.
This same name should be imprinted to File Info metadata
