What's the problem this feature will solve?
Many org applications don't have a PyPI package already associated with the applicant or the org and also don't have a clear intention of why they are applying. Having this button will be a great place to ask the applicant/user what their intention is regarding applying for an Org when asking for more information through the Request Info option. This option will also be a good place to as ask applicants about when they plan on having a PyPI package usage of PyPI and already having a project is one of the requirements for getting approved.

Describe the solution you'd like
A button similar to Add Org Email and the other new buttons with a saved response will be helpful.

Additional context
The following can be a saved response for the Reason for Application button:
Hello,
We'd be happy to approve this organization request, but we need some more information first. We noticed that you don't have an existing project on PyPI yet. Since you don't have a project already, we need to know what your reason for applying for a PyPI Org account is and how having a PyPI Org account might help you. Let us know and we will go from there, thanks!
