How to change owners/maintainers?

Hello,
I've uploaded the dionysus package to test PyPI as a proof of concept in this PR but now I'd like to transfer ownership to the repository owner. This SourceForge question says to change this in the PyPI web interface under "Roles" but I can't find that anywhere on either pypi.org or test.pypi.org since the redesign.

I've tried adding maintainer and maintainer_email fields but they get ignored on test.pypi.org.

Can you let me know how to transfer ownership of a repo on test.pypi.org (and pypi.org since I uploaded there too)?

Hi @olgabot, you will need to do this through the old interface at https://pypi.python.org/ as Warehouse doesn't have this functionality yet.

This is (essentially) a duplicate of #956, so I'm going to close it to centralize on that issue.
