Add short explanations to docs/api-reference/ for:

  • request and rate limits
  • API etiquette and ways to be a good neighbor (e.g., consider running your own organizational mirror instead, use a descriptive User-Agent header with your contact info in it, normalize your queries (how?) to optimize cache hits)
  • what sort of caching to expect
