New Release ?

There is at least one commit that would be of benefit to Home Assistant users that has not yet made it into a release. Any change of a new release as the last one was Sept 2021?

Hello and sorry, stupid question is coming.

In Home Assistant can you access pip? Because if yes, you can install the master version of the repo like I did with other script:

pip install git+https://github.com/pyserial/pyserial-asyncio.git

Or forking the repo, merge the pull requests that you want and pip install git+<your fork>.

FYI, Home Assistant has forked and is maintaining a version. As of today I am using it for two of the integrations that I maintain.

It is a drop-in replacement.
