streamparse release that makes use of pystorm #174

streamparse includes a Storm multilang implementation in Python in addition to many project workflow features. Splitting the core Storm implementation out would allow other Python projects to reuse this multilang implementation, in addition to any other Storm features that are relevant.

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/pystorm is published, and the master branch of streamparse uses this. Once a new streamparse is published to PyPI, this is closed.

This release is planned with #84.
