Python 3.9 has reached end of life. Update minimum Python version to 3.10 in pyproject.toml, CI configuration, and all documentation examples.
- Remove redundant "Python 3.10" tabs from tutorials (14 instances) - Rename "Python 3.10+" tabs to "Annotated" for clarity - Delete obsolete py38 example files (20 files)
- Remove redundant Python 3.10 tabs from using_task_returns.md (3 instances) - Remove redundant Python 3.10 tabs from writing_custom_nodes.md (3 instances) - Rename Python 3.10+ tabs to Annotated in both files
- Reduce line width from 78 to 71 characters to match pdb.md - Fixes animation breaks caused by inconsistent widths
