Indicate supported sound header formats #85525

The documentation for the sndhdr module does not have supported file formats. Something like below could help: +------------+------------------------------------+ |
Note the sndhdr module is deprecated in 3.11 and set for removal in 3.13. See PEP 594 – Removing dead batteries from the standard library and #91217. |

This was just merged but note that the module is deprecated: #91217 The copied functions in email don’t have the new docstrings. |
