Hi,

My PR python/cpython#25296 was merged by miss-inlington. My commit message was:

commit 7d13f364fc73429112c5c7a32fa5722abcc5506c (HEAD -> azure_reqs, origin/azure_reqs)
Author: Victor Stinner <vstinner@python.org>
Date:   Fri Apr 9 01:57:38 2021 +0200

    bpo-43774: Doc job of Azure Pipelines uses Doc/requirements.txt

    Don't hardcode the Sphinx version but use Doc/requirements.txt.

The merged commit got 2 additional newlines:

commit f7be26a8f2ed588df90959ae7c0fdcafe2091f76 (upstream/master, master)
Author: Victor Stinner <vstinner@python.org>
Date:   Fri Apr 9 12:36:47 2021 +0200

    bpo-43774: Doc job of Azure Pipelines uses Doc/requirements.txt (GH-25296)

    Don't hardcode the Sphinx version but use Doc/requirements.txt.

Would it be possible to not add two empty lines?
