the strategic_indicators index is not automatically created correctly

@wickenkamp , could you help us solving this problem? The component qma-elastic writes in the strategic_indicators index, if the index does not exist it is created automatically for the write call, but then the data cannot be read from the dashboard, there is a read error. This is the reason because during the deployment, the system administrator need to create the index manually.

Could you check the code to see if is possible to create the index automatically when the dashboard needs to write in it?
