File name pattern should be harmonized across the application

What are you missing?

While it's awesome that the project identifier is now shown within all filenames in the new Release addressing the issue #745, it's structure should be harmonized.

Currently only the downloaded url files from the raw data download section of the application include the experiment name as:

<PROJECTCODE>_<EXPERIMENTNAME>_rawdata_urls.txt

e.g.

QTEST_Analyis_of_the_Project_Creation_Space_rawdata_urls.txt

All the other files addressed follow the pattern

<PROJECTCODE>_<FILE_CONTEXT>.<FILESUFFIX>

e.g.

QTEST_sample_information.xlsx

Files in question:

• download measurement metdata file ngs in View Measurements
• download measurement metadta file proteomics in View Measurements
• download sample metadata in Register Sample Batch

Why do you need a solution?

It's not a big thing but harmonized data provision is a good feature to have in the application

Ideas

I'd recommend to remove the experiment_name from the rawdata url file.
