Came here to check on this as I'm having EXACTLY the same issue. Worked find, not updated, opened today and suddenly WHOOP I have NO plugins when they were all there three days ago ... It is a puzzlement! ADBL

Try deleting nova/nova3 folder in %LOCALAPPDATA%\qBittorrent

nope try installing any plugin from a file, everything will be back, happens to me all the time. xD

move all files from nova to nova3 fixed it for me
