qBittorrent version 4.2.2 on Windows 10 Ver1909

The version 4.2.2 dose not exceed 1Mb download speed , usualy is about 500Kb

I just installd the old 4.2.1 version and i get download speeds up tp 60Mb for the same files.

I did not change any of the settings , they have been imported from the last instalation . including fron the downgrade.

We need more debug/profiling information, otherwise nothing can be done.
Check threads like #12326 or #11879 for inspiration. They are about memory leaks, not speed issues, but it gives you the general idea of what you need to do and what we're looking for.

This is a confirmed issue considering how many other people are having the same problem as well as other concerns.
I reverted back to 4.4.1 until they acknowledge the subject and come out with a fix.

What are talking about? There are other specific speed issues being investigated right now, but this one in particular is so vague, how can it be "confirmed" if no one even knows exactly what it is?

Sorry my input doesn't come with any profiling backup, and this is probably the wrong forum to comment in this manner, but I'm quite familiar navigating this client. After basic trouble shooting and the previous version runs beautifully, I'd say there's an obvious issue. In addition with a mass of users coming to the same conclusion.
Sorry for using the term "confirmed" without the authority. It's just that when a certain software version becomes problematic, and I see other users reaching out not getting any explanations, I feel compelled to at least submit my similar issues to "confirm", there's an issue.
Again, sorry for the wrong use of this particular forum.

I'm just saying that each user report about a speed issue is it's own different thing. So what this "mass of users" is experiencing might have a different root cause than the issue in this OP. In particular, with the insufficient amount of information provided thus far it is impossible to know if this particular report is really due to legitimate issues with qBIttorrent (and if so, if it is different than ones already reported), or just user error.

As an example, here is a verified speed issue report, where the root cause has been narrowed down to a cache problem, and is currently being investingated: #12336. Note how necessary it is to provide sufficient information.

I don't mean to dismiss that that some users are experiencing new issues with 4.2.2, but keep in mind that users reporting speed issues on GitHub are a tiny fraction of the entire qBittorrent user base. I, for one, have downloaded a number of torrents at my usual speeds and without issue since upgrading to 4.2.2. I have not changed any of my settings, which include "Auto" for my disk cache. So even that particular issue may be tied to other system-specific variables, hence the importance of providing detailed information.

If you have 16 GiB or more RAM, this is most likely a duplicate of #12336. Please test with the test build provided in #12336 (comment)

Not sure how useful this is, but I can confirm my update from 4.2.1 to 4.2.3 saw a massive drop in speed up and down.
Sorry, no log files I've already uninstalled 4.2.3.
I did test thoroughly though, multiple other clients, same file - only qbittorent 4.2.3 with an issue
This included reinstalling 4.2.3 with clean/default settings.
Same issue each time. All good now I'm back on 4.2.1 though - many thanks for a great project/app.

@rwps You are probably facing that due to the cache bug. Set it to 128 MiB instead of auto. Next version includes a proper fix. See #12336 (comment).

Also, since there has been no further information from the OP, for all intents and purposes this is most likely a duplicate of #12336. In fact, all speed issues with 4.2.3 should be considered as such until proven otherwise.
