[Feature] Keep Chart.appVersion in sync with qdrant releases and track them automatically

First of all, thanks for providing and maintaining this Helm chart!

I would be nice if the Helm chart was automatically tracking the latest (stable) release of qdrant.
Currently it seems to require manual PRs (#201). I just noticed that there is a bugfix release v1.10.1 (https://github.com/qdrant/qdrant/releases/tag/v1.10.1) out, which requires a manual override of the tag value to update via the Helm chart.

I'd rather just use the Helm chart version as the "package version" and as an indicator that there is an update available.
