[Feature Request]: Introduce metrics for number of backed and included candidates #2209

Feature Description

We need a metrics that would reflect:

The total number of backed candidates inherents in our blocks
The total number of included candidates inherents in our blocks
The total number of blocks we procuded

I suggest to add three more metrics:

blocks without included candidates
blocks without backed candidates
blocks without both included and backed candidates at the same time
