Currently if we want to update the logs' groups info such as sink, log level and so on we need to update core/log/configurator.cpp file.

Instead we should be able to just provide this config via the yaml file and command line interface
More convenient logging management. Ultimate goal is to configure logs so that we can have different log levels for std output and file sinks
