What is the bug or the crash?

GUI does not start. "apps\grass\grass83\lib\libgrass_vector.8.3.dll" is still linked to "bin\gdal307.dll", while "bin\gdal308.dll" is provided instead in 3.34.1

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. launch "GRASS GIS 8.3.1" from start menu
  2. splash screen appears then stuck at:
    image

Versions

3.34.1

Supported QGIS version

  • I'm running a supported QGIS version according to the roadmap.

New profile

Additional context

3.34.0 works. copy of "bin\gdal307.dll" from 3.34.0 solves the issue
