naming inconsistency between train.py / test.py

train.py / test.py use localized paths in stead of relative ones and the naming of the file is also different from the names in huggingface or onedrive.
Like for example: 'icd10_desription.json' is either not included or the naming of the file is unclear.
"/remote-home/share/data200/172.16.11.200/zhengqiaoyu/pretrained" needs a config.json file.
What is the nature and content of those files?
