I don' t think we have this check in place if someone lies about the age of a child...

How would we check their birthday? We could look at what they enter on their survey, but they're just as likely to lie there IMHO (or they could just not click the "This is a minor" checkbox). Isn't the plan to stop asking for the birthday, anyways?
