Hello:
This is a great software. If I want to use this software on plants and want to find HGT events from bacteria and fungi, do I have to include plants or just bacteria and fungi in my database .

Example 1:
hgtector database --cats fungi,bacteria,plant -o .
Example 2:
hgtector database --cats fungi,bacteria -o .

Which example should I choose

@sci3 Thanks! I think just bacteria and fungi will be sufficient.
