Ability for an admin to enable a user to become a collaborator in a project

As an institutional user, we have staff who would have created projects and are leading data collection, but have to leave the organization for one reason or the other. In case such staff do not have any collaborators in the project and were working in isolation we would like that our institutional admins have the ability to add an existing FormShare user to be a collaborator in the same project and also remove the original user from the project (since there email addresses, hence usernames, will be invalid after a specified period).
