Adapt OIDC mTLS OpenShift test to Quarkus-based Keycloak distribution and enable it

I already invested 3 days into it, have WIP here main...michalvavrik:quarkus-test-suite:feature/mtls-oidc (I think I have some stashed changes too) and I adapted FW to use Secrets for resources but it will require much more. The main issue is that certificates need to be regenerated every time based on ``. Got no support from Keycloak QE as they probably don't really test it (or don't know about it?) but I should also check with Keycloak engineers that probably test it, or need to figure it out on my own. It just needs time, there is no blocker.
