Description

Currently, the https://github.com/quarkusio/quarkus/actions/workflows/ci-kubernetes.yml runs with OCP 3.11 which is not supported with RHBQ and it runs on old version of Kubernetes API.

CI should ideally run with the latest release of OCP to ensure changes in Kubernetes API do not break our quarkus-kuberetes/quarkus-openshift extensions, as such regressions happened with previous releases.

By reading those issues, it seems that there is no plan at least from crc to make this happen.

I think that we all strongly feel that this a serious limitation, maybe we should try to meet with the people from the crc team to try to change their opinion. @maxandersen: wdyt?

I don't think crc will/can do it given openshift itself has hard resource requirements.

Better option to explore is utilizing developer sandbox - we have account we can use for testing. Just can't do it for every PR.
