Add filtering to dev-ui (with local-storage memory)

Description

Currently, displaying all the extensions always can take a lot of space. It would be nice to have a view filter selector at the top:
"Favorites/Actives/All"

Actives being extensions with a dev-ui implemented.

Also it would be nice to add a max-len on the description and use title= with the full content.
