DevUI log timestamp difference, as it was reported in GMT

Describe the bug

I see 2 hours difference in DevUI log timestamp, as it was reported in GMT while I'm in CEST.
I'm using Quarkus 3.14.1, I noticed that in 3.13.1.

Expected behavior

Timestamp in DevUI is the same as in console

Actual behavior

Timestamp in DevUI is different than in console

How to Reproduce?

Get app from https://code.quarkus.io/
Run it in dev mode
Open logs view in DevUI

Output of uname -a or ver

macOS

Output of java -version

Java 21

Quarkus version or git rev

Quarkus 3.14.1

Build tool (ie. output of mvnw --version or gradlew --version)
