bookup-html custom format

I just published my first HTML custom format, called bookup:

It provides both a light and a dark theme, and should be suitable for single documents, book projects and website projects.

It is the porting of a previous RMarkdown template available in the rmdformats package. I use this format for my french online book Introduction à R et au tidyverse.

I hope to be able to migrate other templates to quarto soon.

If you happen to use this format, don't hesitate to open an issue if you encounter any display or compatibility problems.
