The call to
https://rpc.qubic.org/v2/epochs/<CURRENT_TICK>/ticks

is being executed with the wrong current tick.
I'm running it now at UTC 20:28 and the app is sending 144 as current tick, when it should be 145.

I see there is a local method to calculate this

which seems to return the wrong value.

Please lset's take it from latest-stats service.
