To remove the call to https://api.qubic.li/Network/TickOverview

The data can be get from the following rpc services:

• https://rpc.qubic.org/v1/latest-stats (done with To migrate the qli API services available in qubic-stats service #105)
• https://rpc.qubic.org/v2/epochs//ticks )(more details here Save a list of the empty ticks per epoch, and expose them through an endpoint go-archiver#60, already in use in the web explorer)

The call to
https://rpc.qubic.org/v2/epochs/<CURRENT_TICK>/ticks

is being executed with the wrong current tick.
I'm running it now at UTC 20:28 and the app is sending 144 as current tick, when it should be 145.

I see there is a local method to calculate this

which seems to return the wrong value.

Please lset's take it from latest-stats service.
