I'd like to be able to use 'savevm' to save the state of my running Windows 11 VM.
Actual behavior
malcolm@tilidine:~/src/quickget$ nc -U "windows-11/windows-11-monitor.socket"
QEMU 8.2.1 monitor - type 'help' for more information
(qemu) savevm 20240604
savevm 20240604
Error: State blocked by non-migratable CPU device (invtsc flag)
Additional context
Looking at the quickemu code, migratable=no is always set for Windows guests. But it seems that setting tsc-frequency to a fixed value should allow migration.
