Codecov actions fails with "Failed to properly create commit" #5025

It might be related to codecov/codecov-action#1274
We switch to v4 on 2024-01-31 16:22:14.

The github actions has a token in it, but we actually do not populate it in the account secret.

I added the codecov app to the github account, linked it to quickiwt & tantivy, and added the token secret to the account.
I'll close the ticket now. please reopen and comment if it fails again
