Right now committed opstamp are incremental, but internal volatile opstamp are not.

It might make debugging and replication in the future if we considered all operations coming to IndexWriter as something that could be logged, and the opstamp to act as a cursor on this log.

In this world, both the internal volatile opstamp and the opstamp should be incremental.
