quill.setSelection(null) is currently resulting in an error

Steps for Reproduction

  1. Visit beta.quilljs.com
  2. quill.setSelection(null)

Expected behavior:
Selection to be blurred without issue

Actual behavior:
See the following error in console:

quill.js:2229 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'index' of null(…)

Platforms:
Chrome 51 on Mac 10.11

Quill 1.0 Beta 3
