The NEBU-source is primarily used in the built environment. See screenshot below:

The link to the NEBU website does no longer work.

I found that NEBU seems to be replaced by MFFBAS, see this publication on their website:
https://www.mffbas.nl/nieuws/nedu-maakt-plaats-voor-mffbas/

Therefore, the link for NEBU should be replaced by a link to the data section on the mffbas website.
