It would be great if the Quran.com team could add Abdullah Al Khalaf as a reciter. He has great tajweed and great recitation, so it would be much appreciated inshallah. The audio files for him can be downloaded from Quran Central: https://qurancentral.com/audio/abdullah-al-khalaf/

I'm not sure that the audio source that you linked would be viable for use since the site only allows downloads for "personal use" (https://qurancentral.com/disclaimer/). Maybe another source could be found for this reciter?
