Awesome work on Neptune 4 you've done.
Could you please provide the Extrusion adapter board IDC pinout?

I can't find some of my original parts right now, so I'm not sure what the +/- pins are for HE0 and TH1, but since they're reversible it shouldn't really matter too much. Also, I'm not sure how the stepper wire colors map, but I think it's 1A/2A/1B/2B. I'll update the site with the correct information once I'm able to verify.

In the meantime, this is what I have from tracing the toolhead board:
