Issue raised in Telegram (HispanoveRse):

Buenos dias!! Alguien ha intentado usar el paquete del Catastro estos dias? Porque ejecuto mi código como siempre y me dice que no encuentra ningún municipio

Root cause: ATOM entry points from Catastro have been migrated from:

https://www.catastro.minhafp.es/INSPIRE/Addresses/ES.SDGC.AD.atom.xml

to

https://www.catastro.hacienda.gob.es/INSPIRE/Addresses/ES.SDGC.AD.atom.xml
