(elkstack): logstash fails to restart when deployed #113

Leaving this here because it's related to doing a full deploy of Magento with elkstack in the blueprint and it's one of the mentioned bugs in #112.

Logstash fails to restart with the following error:

---- Begin output of /sbin/sv restart /etc/service/logstash_server ----
STDOUT: timeout: down: /etc/service/logstash_server: 1s, normally up, want up
STDERR: 
---- End output of /sbin/sv restart /etc/service/logstash_server ----
Ran /sbin/sv restart /etc/service/logstash_server returned 1�

@gondoi is this resolved with your latest build? ELK stack has significantly changed since this issue was filed.
