b39 wont boot on my 3c, it just sits there flashing the blue light on and off in a pattern, this happens with debian cli and xfce.

CLI image is currently known to not work, but Debian Xfce was tested by our QA to be released official, so the software should not have boot issue by itself.

Do you have a serial cable to check the boot log? You can reference this guide about how to use it.
