MLPlanarIop -> Unknown Error in Nuke 14 windows

Hi Rafael!

Thanks a bunch for all your ports to Torchscript! I want to learn from your converters to do some too!
I'm running ViMatte just fine but hitting the MLPlanarIop -> Unknown Error error mentioned in the readme for RIFE. Contrary to the readme though I'm using Nuke 14 (v4) on Windows.

To be extra sure I recompiled it using the colab you provided (which by the way have a small typo in cell 2 FlowNetNuke() should be nuke_rife.FlowNetNuke()) to no avail.

I would appreciate any help.
