Drop the derive-builder and create new one.

We use derive-builder to build put item like following.

        let input = User::put_item_builder()
            .id("id".to_owned())
            .name("bokuweb".to_owned())
            .build()
            .unwrap();
        let res = client.put(input).run().await;

Unfortunately, this builder is not type safe.
